1. To create a New Client Account, follow this link (or click the button above) and select "I'm a Participant" You will be prompted to choose either our substance use track or mental health track.  You will be asked to create your account and you will click on "SIGN UP!"  

 

2. After doing so, you will log into your account and there will be a link showing a bundle of forms needing to be completed. (Application for Admission, which is some general questions about mental health). Once you fill out all of these documents, please call our office at 303-385-5637 extension 1 to discuss next steps and schedule your Initial Evaluation / Intake appointment.

 

We aim to schedule your appointment within one week.  If treatment at Tangen Counseling is the appropriate decision after attending your Assessment, we encourage clients to begin treatment within 7 days.
